Review: AMAZING. I seriously love everything in Dining In. It’s also really fun to do steak during the week because it feels like such a treat, but also isn’t that hard to make. Just throw it in a hot cast iron pan (also – hot tip from Bon Appetit about oil) and it gets such a great sear. The lemony green-but-bitter salad and parmesan allow for so many variations of bites to create; all of them great.
