Special Equipment: Kitchenaid stand mixer (you may be able to mix the dough by hand though)
Review: I’ve been wanting to make focaccia ever since I had it at a friends house and it was the salty, crispy, and olive-oil-ey bread of my dreams. Then I saw a recipe for it on Bon Appetit and decided to take the plunge. It takes a full day and a half between all the resting and proofing and what not but it wasn’t too difficult! The bread turned out awesome – my uneven oven turned out some soft pieces, some crunchy pieces but all delicious. We ate a half of a sheet pan before cutting the rest up and popping it in the freezer for another day.
