Review: This was super simple, and such a delicious weeknight meal. We get the 6-packs of frozen fish fillets at Whole Foods that I’m a big fan of ($20 for 6 fish fillets) so we rotate between a flak-y white fish and salmon. With asparagus in season, even more of a reason to work this into next week’s meals.
