Review: This was awesome to have in the fridge – and I really liked the little pieces of broccoli in there for health and the olives for wealth (salt). I think it may have been a little too pasta-forward and I would’ve liked a touch more flavor. I really love this recipe for Charred Eggplant and Walnut Pesto Pasta Salad from Smitten Kitchen so I may just go back to that one…
