Review: Maybe not our best hot summer day meal, but it surprisingly hit the spot because the broth was clean and the veggies and the salmon felt filling but light. I initially undersalted the broth, and had to add it while we were eating so I would say err on the salty side when you’re seasoning the broth. Overall, this was a good, healthy recipe.
