Notes: We substituted in chia seeds and flax seeds for hemp seeds and used the Food 52 method for getting the water out of the tofu.
Review: This was… challenging. Slicing up all the brussel sprouts, de-pitting the olives, and making the dressing all took up a big chunk of time – making this recipe not-so weeknight friendly. The tofu method didn’t really work – we were still pressing water out of the tofu block, and the chia / flax seed substitute made the dressing more of a very thick pudding-y paste.
It was overall tasty, but in all likelihood would not make again. There are better ways to use roasted broccoli.
