Meal Prep
I had 3 driving ambitions when designing this meal plan: make turkey tacos, live up to my aunts unreasonably high expectations and make cauliflower rice, and eat the greens in my fridge, graciously gifted by Glenn, fast enough so they wouldn’t rot. I’ve already sacrificed the turkey tacos, my rice cooker apparently doesn’t have a cauliflower setting, and times ticking on those greens.
- 4 Jammy Eggs

- Lemon Tahini Dressing
- Pickles! (also featuring pickled turnips!)
